By getting started with Fitness Coaching you will be:

  • learning 3 separate workouts that integrate as one fully-balanced resistance training program.
  • taking the guess-work out of your training as you learn to train confidently, correctly and independently.
  • establishing a weekly exercise schedule (that addresses multiple elements of fitness) to achieve lasting positive results.
  • moving towards full-body muscle balance, core strength and elevated energy.

Graeme started his personal training career in 1994. His extensive experience with a broad variety of clients (including elite athletes and complex sports physiotherapy referrals) has been central to the development of KLT - Health Adventure's systematic approach to exercise design and programming.

Since completing a Physical Education degree in 2006, Graeme’s focus with clients has been ‘fitness coaching’ which emphasizes the teaching role of the fitness professional. As a coach he assists people in gaining the knowledge they need to independently make well informed health and fitness choices - encouraging higher levels of performance through personal empowerment.

Wayne is a sports physiotherapist and fitness coach with 25 years experience in the health and fitness industries. He has been a sports physiotherapist for several national and international sports teams, including the Australian Netball team and the Australian Commonwealth Games team.
