Richard Gafter is a BCAK Practising Kinesiologist and KLT functional strength coach with 25 years experience in the health and fitness industries. For the past 10 years, he and his wife Kelli have been the co-owners and training directors of MedEx Personal Training and Wellness Centre Ltd. in Victoria, BC Canada. On average they have been conducting 500 one-on-one training/coaching sessions every month. With a specialty in working with mature adults and those with medical conditions and injuries, Richard has regularly consulted with and worked alongside physiotherapists, physiatrists, surgeons, occupational therapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, personal injury lawyers, insurance adjustors, personal trainers and fellow kinesiologists. In 2016, Richard became an accredited KLT Coach and experienced massive success when they fully integrated the KLT principles in their Centre.
